Balagtas Church is located at Barangay Balagtas and was planted in 2003 by Silad Church. Balagtas started as a house church and in 2010 a church was built. In 2021, the church was renovated and expanded in size including a parsonage and rededicated to the Lord Jesus Christ in July 2021.

Many churches in the Philippines celebrate the church’s founding anniversary. It encourages and exhorts the church to continue in the faith and take that next step from year to year until our Lord Jesus Christ takes his bride home. This is also to acknowledge God’s servants who founded the church in the midst of criticism and trials that they met.
